三、增強自信心，是發(fā)展幼兒繪畫創(chuàng)造力的重要保證

　　繪畫活動是孩子非常喜歡并且易于接受的，繪畫是孩子用來表情達意的視覺語言，加強幼兒繪畫自信心的培養(yǎng)有利于幼兒通過繪畫把自己腦海中的意象、心情和對周圍事物的認識表達出來，創(chuàng)造一個屬于幼兒自己的世界。

　　孩子平時看到別人寫字、畫畫時，常常也喜歡模仿，用筆在紙上涂涂畫畫。事實上，這是他們與別人溝通的一種方式，讓別人了解自己。而他們的這種舉動得不到成人們的肯定，認為是"亂畫"，因此得到的結果是責備。但孩子在幼兒園里，老師應該正視孩子的"亂畫"行為，引導他們，給他們自信和力量，才能激發(fā)幼兒的繪畫興趣。那么如何正確引導孩子的 "亂畫"行為呢？可以以游戲的方式引導幼兒開展畫線比賽，看誰畫得多，啟發(fā)他們畫出各種形狀的線或點，在幼兒中開展豐富的"線條游戲"，幼兒不知不覺地就會對線條產生興趣。這種用線條亂畫的行為是孩子與生俱來的本能，是孩子涂鴉時期最顯著的特征。教師對幼兒亂畫行為的贊許，是對幼兒能力的肯定，從而幫助幼兒樹立了自信心，營造了良好的學習心境，這將是孩子走向繪畫成功的第一步。

　　成果展評是美術活動的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)，是幼兒提高認識的過程，是培養(yǎng)他們審美能力的過程，更是幼兒體驗創(chuàng)新樂趣的過程。在教學中讓幼兒參與評價，讓他們評價同伴的作品以及自己的作品，觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)自己創(chuàng)作成功與失敗的原因，是幼兒美術學習過程中不可缺少的成長階段，對美術活動的價值實現(xiàn)的評價是一種"以評價促發(fā)展"的方法，讓孩子成就激勵，收獲成功，獲取知識。如在線描畫教學中，我總有這樣的環(huán)節(jié)設計：引導幼兒相互交流自己的作品，說說自己想要表現(xiàn)的內容是什么，哪些地方已經表現(xiàn)出來了，還有什么地方沒有表現(xiàn)出來或是表現(xiàn)得不太好；交流同伴的作品時，首先讓幼兒說說有什么值得學習的地方，自己有什么補充意見。長期堅持下來，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我班幼兒學會了評價自己，審視別人，能體驗到藝術所帶來的自我滿足感。而且，評價本身就是完整的學習過程的一個重要組成部分，學會評價有助于幼兒根據(jù)自己的實際情況，更好地完成美術活動的任務，從而增強幼兒學習的主動性，提高他們美術學習的能力，真正促進其在原有水平上的發(fā)展。
